The availability of services may vary depending on the user's location and account type. ImReSol acts as an intermediary in the promotion of properties, without intervening in the final conditions between buyers and sellers or landlords.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the website, it may be necessary to register by providing accurate and truthful information. Users must be over 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials, as well as for managing your user account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts in case of breach of these terms or for inactivity exceeding 12 months.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the refund policy available on the payment page, within no more than 30 days. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of contracted services. In the case of contracting digital services, the right of withdrawal will not apply once execution has begun with the user's express consent.
